Works well, excellent for international travel

I began using the app a while ago as a basic dialer. It saved me having to log in to work to find the access code for a given host. It works, but you cant sort the entries so it can take a while to find which meeting you want. When they added ConnectMe and Wi-Fi calling, it was awkward to use but came in very handy when traveling overseas. The biggest problem was the lack of a touch-tone pad - you cant press #, request an operator, mute lines and so on. The second was the setting to mute yourself was buried deep in nested menus.
That has finally been rectified and you can easily perform the most commonly used functions.
A welcome addition was the ability to transfer the conference between phones. I find it very useful for early morning and evening calls.
I would say at this point, I wholly recommend the app to anyone with a PGI account. Its very useful.
