Doesn’t understand +1 phone numbers

When you add a missed call to your contacts on your iPhone it automatically adds +1 to the person’s phone number. This app doesn’t understand that. Therefore it had no idea who is in my conference calls even though all of the people are in my phone book. It just shows phone numbers, not names.

There are lots more issues with the app but this one is infuriating.
